Course group, private course and stays
Conditions of admission
For admission, courses and / or benefit from the accommodation as part of the internship, the student must be 18 years of age. All formalities required for the study and residence in France (passport, visa …) will be the responsibility of each student. COMENRANCE can not be held responsible for obtaining visa difficulties. The student must be at his classes on the first day of classes and provide the following documents: proof of identity (identity card, stay or passport with a visa covering the duration of studies), the receipt of payment the provider teacher will send by email.
Cancellation and reimbursement of course
For all courses
Once under way, and in the absence of one or more courses, no deferral or reimbursement will be accepted except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, long term on production of medical certificate hospitalization).
The refund check is free if the student has paid with a French check. The transfer costs on a French or foreign account is the student’s responsibility.
For group courses
The registration date starts to the first day of the session of the students. The student then absent from a course will not be refunded. No classes will be refunded after the payment of the session by the student.
For private courses
The session length is 4, 8 or 16 weeks. The school adds a week without course to the learner. If the students takes more than one week off, the course will not be refunded. The school accepts as much as possible to change the date of a course when the new timetable proposed by the student agrees to the availability of the teacher.
A course canceled less than 24 hours before the beginning of the course will be charged except in case of force majeure (natural disaster, long term on production of medical certificate hospitalization).
For stays
In case of cancellation by the student up to 7 days before the start of classes (non-working days included), the balance is paid refundable but the deposit is not refundable.
In case of late cancellation (included six days not worked before classes start), the cancellation fee will amount to 250 € + 30% of the deposit paid.
If canceled is made by the school the courses will be refunded or carried over to the student’s choice.

You will be registered after payment of the entire session.
For stays, you will be asked a 30% deposit for signing. The total balance of the stay must be paid at least two weeks before the start date of stay (days francs) by bank transfer, cash or by French check.
Prices are in euros, (TVA included) and are valid as of the date of the pre-registration of the student.
